摘  要:常规PLC仿真软件不够形象直观,因此以自动门控制为例设计了一套PLC全虚拟仿真系统用于程序仿真调试。该系统由PLC编程软件STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART、PLC仿真控制器COSAI-S7200SMART、组态王软件组成。组态王用于开发设计模拟实验控制对象,COSAI-S7200SMART和组态王之间通过以太网进行数据连接通信。该方法操作简单,形象生动,便于在程序编制阶段发现错误并及时修正,有效降低软硬件系统联调时故障排查的难度,增强学生对程序及实验的理解,拓展学生学习的时间与空间。Conventional PLC simulation software is not visually intuitive,so the automatic door control system is used as an example to design a set of PLC full virtual simulation system for program simulation debugging.The system consists of PLC programming software STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART,PLC simulation controller COSAI-S7200SMART,and KingView software.KingView is used to develop and design simulation experimental control objects,and COSAI-S7200SMART and KingView communicate through Ethernet data connection.The platform is simple,vivid,and easy to find errors in the programming stage and correct in time.It can effectively reduce the difficulty of fault troubleshooting during the coordination of software and hardware systems,enhance students' understanding of programs and experiments,and expand students' learning time and space.
