摘　　要：营造林规划设计和工程咨询是森林资源培育与生态保护修复的基础性工作,在林业保护发展中具有举足轻重的作用。该文在介绍相关概念与分类的基础上,简述70年来广西营造林规划设计和工程咨询的发展历程、作用与贡献及技术发展与创新,并从理念转变、实践探索、技术创新、理论研究和从业人员等方面进行展望,可为广西营造林规划设计和工程咨询高质量发展提供参考。Planning design and consultation of afforestation are fundamental tasks that contribute significantly to cultivation of forest resources and protections and restorations of ecological systems,playing pivotal role in forestry protection and development.On basis of introducing relevant concepts and classifications,this thesis briefly described development process,role and contribution,technical development and innovation of planning design and consultation of afforestation in Guangxi over past 70 years.Furthermore,prospects from aspects of conceptual transformation,practical exploration,technical innovation,theoretical research,and employees were proposed.It could provide references for high-quality development of planning design and consultation of affor-estation in Guangxi.
