摘　　要：为深化“放管服”改革,压缩不动产登记办理时间,将“互联网+”政务服务理念运用到不动产登记管理工作,通过利用GIS、云计算和移动互联等先进技术,优化了市级不动产登记流程,构建线上线下一体化、全流程不见面交易的“互联网+”不动产登记新服务体系,搭建了市级不动产登记网上服务平台,实现了不动产登记从受理、税务核算、审核、登记、缮证、发证到归档全流程管理,提高不动产登记的管理效率和服务水平,增强了企业和公众获得感和满意度。In order to deepen the reform of"delegating powers,managing and serving the people"and reduce the time of real estate registration,and the concept of"Internet Plus"government affairs service is to be applied to the real estate registration management through the use of advanced technologies such as GIS,cloud computing and mobile Internet,the municipal real estate registration process is optimized.It has built a new"Internet Plus"real estate registration service system that integrates online and offline transactions and does not meet in the whole process.It has built an online service platform for municipal real estate registration,and realized the management for the whole process of real estate registration ranged from acceptance,tax accounting,audit,registration,authentication,certification to archiving,and improved the management efficiency and service level for the real estate registration work.Therefore enhance the sense of gain and satisfaction of enterprises and the public.
