摘　　要：目的:对目前国内外生前预嘱的研究进展进行探讨,为该领域在国内的发展提供参考。方法:计算机检索2001—2021年Web of Science数据库中与生前预嘱相关的文献,采用文献分析软件CiteSpace进行知识图谱分析,以可视化的方式展示不同国家、机构之间的合作,探究该领域科研的分布情况,运用突现关键词反映该领域的研究热点。结果:在生前预嘱领域,美国、加拿大、德国及其机构是主要的科研力量,中国排名第9位;“预立医疗照护计划”“姑息治疗”“照护”“生活护理”“死亡”“临终”等是生前预嘱领域的研究热点;研究前沿集中在“自我决定行为”“支持”“维持生命治疗”等;研究类型主要为随机对照试验。结论:国际上生前预嘱领域研究越来越多,具有较大的发展潜力,但在我国仍处于初级阶段,未来学者可结合我国本土文化背景,帮助病人正确面对疾病与死亡,推动我国安宁疗护的发展。Objective:To discuss the current research progress of living will at home and abroad,and to provide reference for the development of this field in China.Methods:The literature related to living wills in the Web of Science database from 2001 to 2021 was searched by computer,and the literature analysis software CiteSpace was used to conduct knowledge graph analysis,which visualized the cooperation between different countries and institutions and explored the distribution of scientific research in this field.The emergent keywords were used to reflect the research hotspot in this field.Results:In the field of living will,the United States,Canada,Germany and their institutions were the main scientific research forces,and China ranked ninth;"advance care planning","palliative care","care","of life care","death"and"end"are the research hotspots in the field of living will.Research frontiers focus on"self determined act,""support,"and"life sustaining treatment."The main type of study was randomized controlled trial.Conclusions:More and more international research in the field of living will has great potential for development,but it is still in the primary stage in China.Future scholars may combine our local cultural background to help patients face disease and death correctly and promote the development of hospice care in China.
