摘　　要：目的:了解老年肺结核病人病耻感现状及其影响因素,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷、结核病相关病耻感量表、日常生活能力评定量表、病人健康问卷、领悟社会支持量表、老年肺结核病人自我管理量表对448例老年肺结核病人进行调查,使用多重线性回归分析其影响因素。结果:老年肺结核病人病耻感得分为8(3,12)分,日常生活活动能力、社会支持、抑郁和自我管理是病耻感的影响因素。结论:老年肺结核病人存在一定的病耻感,可通过提高日常生活活动能力、社会支持和自我管理能力来减轻病耻感。Objective:To understand the status quo and influencing factors of stigma in elderly patients with tuberculosis,and so as to provide basis for formulating relevant intervention measures.Methods:A total of 448 elderly patients with pulmonarytuberculosis were investigated by general data questionnaire,TB-related Stigma Scale,Activities of Daily Living,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,Perceptive Social Support Scale and Self-management Scale,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:The stigma score of elderly patients with tuberculosis was 8(3,12)points.Activities of daily living,social support,depression and self-management were the influencing factors of stigma.Conclusions:Old patients with pulmonarytuberculosis have certain stigma,which can be alleviated by improving the ability of daily living activities,social support and self-management.
