摘  要:为明确番茄秸秆还田对黄瓜根系土壤微环境的影响,通过秸秆直接还田的方法,研究番茄秸秆还田对黄瓜土壤微生物、土壤酶活性、养分、pH值和EC值的影响。结果表明:在番茄秸秆还田初期,即T1时期黄瓜根系土壤细菌和真菌数量均低于对照,但从T2处理时期开始,黄瓜根系土壤细菌和真菌数量高低于对照,至T4处理时值最大,较对照分别增加103.71%和125.57%。放线菌数量随黄瓜生育期的后延,呈现先升高再降低的单峰变化规律。黄瓜四个处理时期的脲酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性均高于对照,且随生育期的后延呈现逐渐升高的变化趋势,过氧化氢酶活性在T3、T4处理时期均高于对照。随着黄瓜生育期的后延,土壤速效磷含量呈现先升高再降低的单峰变化规律,速效磷在T2处理下值最大,含量为432.60 mg/kg,T1、T2、T3、T4处理下的速效钾含量与对照差异不显著。T1处理下铵态氮和硝态氮含量高于对照。随着黄瓜生育期的延长,黄瓜根系土壤pH值和EC值均表现出逐渐升高的趋势。In order to clarify the effect of tomato straw returning on Cucumber Root Soil Microenvironment,the effects of tomato straw returning on soil microorganism,soil enzyme activity,nutrient,pH value and EC Value of cucumber stubble were studied.The results showed that:in the early stage of tomato straw returning,the number of bacteria and fungi in cucumber root soil at T1 was lower than that of the control,but from T2,the number of bacteria and fungi in cucumber root soil was higher than that of the control,and reached the maximum at T4,which increased by 103.71%and 125.57%respectively.The number of actinomycetes increased first and then decreased with the extension of cucumber growth period.The activities of urease,invertase and phosphatase were higher than those of the control in four treatment periods,and gradually increased with the extension of growth period.The activity of catalase was higher than that of the control in T3 and T4 treatment periods.With the extension of cucumber growth period,the content of soil available P increased first and then decreased.The maximum value of available P was 432.60 mg/kg under T2 treatment,and there was no significant difference between T1,T2,T3,T4 treatment and control.The contents of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in T1 treatment were higher than those in control.With the extension of cucumber growth period,the pH value and EC Value of cucumber root soil increased gradually.
