贵州省仁怀市石坝河水库规划与大坝设计分析

摘　　要：仁怀市石坝河水库位于仁怀市茅台镇赤水河支流石坝河上,项目区酿酒工业发达,由于区域径流量年际变化较大,年内分配严重不均,供水水源工程建设滞后,工程性缺水问题突出。为满足区域经济社会发展需要,规划建设石坝河水库。针对石坝河流域特征,研究计算坝址处径流与洪水,分析库区和坝址处水文地质特性,进行供需平衡计算,确定工程规模、特性和枢纽工程、输水工程的总体布置,对大坝设计进行了详细论述,为类似工程设计提供参考。Shibahe Reservoir in Renhuai City is located on the Shibahe River,a tributary of Chishui River in Maotai Town,Renhuai City.The brewing industry in the project area is developed.Due to significant interannual changes in regional runoff and severe uneven distribution within the year,the construction of water supply source projects lags behind,and the problem of engineering water shortage is prominent.To meet the needs of regional economic and social development,the Shibahe Reservoir is planned and constructed.Based on the characteristics of the Shibahe River Basin,the runoff and flood at the dam site were calculated.The hydrogeological characteristics of the reservoir area and dam site were analyzed.Supply-demand balance calculations were conducted.Project scale,characteristics,and overall layout of hub and water conveyance projects were determined.The dam design is discussed in detail,providing reference for similar engineering designs.
