摘 要:为提高分蘖洋葱抽薹率及结实率,明确有性繁殖种球和自留种产量及品质差异,本试验开展了分蘖洋葱人工诱导和纬度诱导抽薹试验及有性繁殖种球和自留种产量、品质比较研究。研究结果表明,人工诱导分蘖洋葱抽薹开花时以低温+GA3500mg/L效果最好,抽薹率达56.67%,结实率达20.56%;在徐州进行分蘖洋葱抽薹开花诱导时,抽薹率达62.30%,结实率达60.27%;一代有性种球的单个鳞茎重,显著高于二代有性种球和自留种,二代有性种球的分蘖数与自留种的差异不大,二代有性种球产量最高为2194.33kg/667m^(2),一代有性种球及二代有性种球的干物质和维生素C含量显著高于自留种。本试验研究结果可为分蘖洋葱有性繁殖研究和选育种子繁殖的新品种提供一定参考。In order to improve the bolting rate and seed setting rate of tillering onions,clarify the differences in yield and quality between sexually propagated bulbs and captive seeds,this experiment conducted artificial induction and latitude induction bolting experiments on tillering onions,as well as a comparative study on yield and quality between sexually propagated bulbs and captive seeds.The research results indicate that low temperature+GA3500mg/L has the best effect on artificially induced tillering onion bolting and flowering,with a bolting rate of 56.67%and a seed setting rate of 20.56%;When inducing tillering onion bolting and flowering in Xuzhou,the bolting rate reached 62.30%and the seed setting rate reached 60.27%;The single bulb weight of sexual seed balls(first generation)is significantly higher than that of sexual seed balls(second generation)and self retaining seeds.The difference in tiller number between sexual seed balls(second generation)and self retaining seeds is not significant.The highest yield of sexual seed balls(second generation)is 2194.33kg/667m^(2),and the dry matter and vitamin C content of sexual seed balls(first generation)and sexual seed balls(second generation)is significantly higher than that of self retaining seeds.The results of this experiment can provide some reference for the study of sexual reproduction of tillering onions and the selection of new varieties for seed reproduction.
