摘 要:跨专业综合实习评价体系有助于明确应用型高素质人才的培养定位。为了客观评价该实践教学体系教学效果,借助调查问卷,以2020年哈尔滨金融学院跨专业综合仿真实习学生为研究对象,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建跨专业综合仿真实习评价指标体系,探讨学生对跨专业综合仿真实习的教学效果评价。结果表明:哈尔滨金融学院跨专业综合仿真实习评价等级为满意;一级指标中,能力模块的综合评价值最高,知识模块、能力模块和设计模块次之;二级指标中,权重排名最高的是“岗前培训”指标,其次是“理论知识运用程度”和“实习设备实用性”指标。评价结果可为提高跨专业综合仿真实习实践教学质量提供有益参考。The interprofessional comprehensive practice evaluation system helps clarify the orientation of cultivating application-oriented high-quality talents.In order to objectively evaluate the teaching effect of this practice teaching system,with the help of questionnaires,the students of the interprofessional comprehensive simulation practice in Harbin Finance University in 2020 were taken as the research objects,and the interprofessional comprehensive simulation practice evaluation index system was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)to explore students’evaluation of the teaching effect of interprofessional comprehensive simulation practice.The results show that the evaluation level of the interprofessional comprehensive simulation practice in Harbin Finance University is satisfactory.Among the first-level index,the comprehensive evaluation value of the ability module is the highest,followed by knowledge module and design module;among the second-level index,the one with the highest weight is the index of“pre-job training”,followed by the index of“degree of theoretical knowledge application”and“practicality of practice equipment”.The evaluation results can provide useful reference for improving the quality of interprofessional comprehensive simulation practice teaching.
