摘  要:采用十八烷基胺(C_(18)-NH_(2))对由正硅酸乙酯和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)合成的纳米粒子进行改性,制得了长链烷基改性纳米粒子(C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2))。采用层层组装法将C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)引入有机硅改性环氧树脂,制备了超疏水环氧树脂涂层C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51。采用FTIR、XRD、XPS、TEM、AFM对纳米粒子的结构以及涂层的形貌进行了表征。对C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51的接触角、透光率、自清洁、耐酸碱和耐摩擦性能进行了测试。结果表明,C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)成功引入到聚合物链段中,且C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51的表面粗糙度明显提高。当喷涂质量分数为0.8%的C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)丙酮分散液时,制备的C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51-0.8接触角可达到150.6°±0.6°,滚动角为7.8°±0.4°,透光率为91.98%,具有良好的自清洁、耐酸碱和耐摩擦性能,摩擦次数可达到1500次以上。Long-chain alkyl-modified nanoparticles(octadecylamine C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2))were synthesized by C_(18)-NH_(2)modification of the nanoparticles obtained from ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)andγ-methacryloyl oxypropyltrime thoxysilane(KH-570),and then introduced into silicone-modified epoxy resin via layer-by-layer assembly to obtain a superhydrophobic epoxy resin coating C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51 with excellent friction resistance.The structure of nanoparticles and the morphology of coatings were characterized by FTIR,XRD,XPS,TEM,AFM.The coating C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51 was further tested for analyses on contact angle,light transmittance,self-cleaning performance,acid and alkaline resistance as well as friction resistance.The results showed that C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)were successfully introduced into polymer chain with the surface roughness of the coating C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51 significantly improved.When the mass fraction of C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)acetone dispersion added was 0.8%,the contact angle and rolling angle of the coating C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51-0.8 obtained could reach 150.6°±0.6°and 7.8°±0.4°,and the light transmittance was 91.98%.Meanwhile,the coating C_(18)-NH_(2)/570@SiO_(2)/DE51-0.8 exhibited good self-cleaning performance,acid and alkali resistance and friction resistance,with friction number over 1500 times.
