摘 要:长江自西而东横贯中国中部,流域面积大,其上游和主要支流的洪水构成十分复杂,采取的防洪措施广泛且水库分散。为解决这一状况,近年来,通过水利资源联合调度整合,长江流域基本形成了一套综合完整的水利管理系统。随着长江流域水库群联合调度范围逐步扩大、深度逐渐加强,水库群充分发挥基本的防洪作用,保障长江流域安全的同时,也多维度地发挥着蓄水供水、航运发电、生态保护等综合社会经济效益。但就目前发展形势而言,长江流域水库群联合调度工作的开展仍存在着方案优化、预报精度、信息化建设等方面的不足,需要在此基础上加以研究并改进,以实现资源配置最大化和社会经济效益最优化。The Yangtze River runs through central China from west to east,the basin area is large,the flood composition of its upstream and main tributaries is very complex,the flood control measures to be taken are extensive and the reservoirs are scattered.In order to solve this serious problem,in recent years,through the joint dispatching and integration of water resources,the Yangtze River Basin has basically formed a set of comprehensive and complete water conservancy management system.With the gradual expansion of the scope and depth of the joint operation of the reservoirs in the Yangtze River basin,the reservoirs play a basic role in flood control to ensure the safety of the Yangtze River basin,at the same time,it also gives full play to the comprehensive social and economic benefits such as water storage and water supply,shipping and power generation,ecological protection and so on.However,as far as the current development situation is concerned,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the joint operation of reservoirs in the Yangtze River basin,such as scheme optimization,forecast accuracy,information construction and so on,which need to be studied and improved on this basis,in order to maximize the allocation of resources and optimize social and economic benefits.
