摘  要:针对工业生产中起重机用钢丝绳缺陷检测设备体积大、可靠性差、精度低、在线监测困难等问题,设计开发了基于漏磁原理的起重机钢丝绳智能在线监测系统。系统采用永磁体对钢丝绳进行非饱和磁化,以降低磁化器的体积;选用高灵敏度、低磁滞TMR2701线性磁阻传感器,结合小波降噪算法,以提升钢丝绳漏磁信号信噪比。实验结果表明,该系统能有效提高检测信号的信噪比,提升钢丝绳断丝识别准确度。Aiming at the problems of large volume,poor reliability,low precision and difficulty in online monitoring of steel wire rope defect detection equipment for crane in industrial production,an intelligent online monitoring system for crane steel wire rope based on magnetic flux leakage principle is designed and developed.The system uses permanent magnet to carry on unsaturated magnetization to the wire rope,which greatly reduces the volume of the magnetizer.The high sensitivity and low hysteresis TMR2701 linear reluctance sensor is selected,and the wavelet noise reduction algorithm is used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of steel wire rope magnetic leakage signal.The results show that the scheme can still detect stable and reliable magnetic leakage signal of steel wire rope defects in a certain range of lift-off values.
