文化古镇旅游资源评价与发展建议——以陕西省武功镇为例

摘　　要：运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对武功镇旅游资源综合发展水平进行评价,根据文化古镇旅游资源评价现状,结合地域实际,从资源价值、发展条件与潜力、社会生态环境、保护情况出发,选择17个评价指标,建立了武功镇旅游资源评价指标体系.研究结果表明,武功镇的旅游资源水平总体处于“良好”等级,在要素层中,古镇的资源价值和社会生态环境评价为“优秀”,发展条件与潜力和保护情况评价为“良好”;在指标层中,历史悠久、教育价值等得分很高,是古镇发展旅游资源的优势所在,但配套设施条件、景点知名度以及交通情况得分较低,是古镇发展旅游资源的不足之处.因此,应该积极采取措施加大景点宣传力度、加快旅游配套设施建设,推动古镇旅游资源进一步发展。The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation(FSE)were used to evaluate the comprehensive development level of tourism resources in Wugong Town.Based on the current evaluation status of cultural ancient town tourism resources,combined with regional reality,17 evaluation indicators were selected from resource value,development conditions and potential,social ecological environment,and protection situation,and a tourism resource evaluation index system was established in Wugong Town.The research results indicate that the overall level of tourism resources in Wugong Town is at a"good"level.In the element layer,the resource value and social ecological environment of the ancient town are evaluated as"excellent",and the development conditions,potential,and protection situation are evaluated as"good";In the indicator layer,the advantages of developing tourism resources in the ancient town lie in its long history and high educational value.However,the low scores of supporting facilities,scenic spot awareness,and transportation conditions are the shortcomings of developing tourism resources in the ancient town.Therefore,active measures should be taken to increase the promotion of scenic spots,accelerate the construction of tourism supporting facilities,and promote the further development of tourism resources in ancient towns.
