摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观生成呈现出观念性创造与实践性创造逻辑,其自身既具有严密的逻辑关系,又具有践行实现顺序的完整性及其功能,集中体现在促进中华民族素质的提高。而中华民族素质的提高,具有对社会主义核心价值观的情感认同、内化与践行外化实现的内在要求,由此构成中华民族素质践行社会主义核心价值观实现系统。因此,社会主义核心价值观逻辑与中华民族素质逻辑具有统一性。The generation of socialist core values presents the logic of conceptual creation and practical creation,which not only has a strict logical relationship,but also has the integrity and function of the practice and realization sequence,which is mainly reflected in promoting the improvement of the quality of the Chinese nation.The improvement of the quality of the Chinese nation has the internal requirements of the emotional identification,internalization and practice of the realization of the socialist core values,which constitutes the realization system of the Chinese nation's quality practice of the socialist core values.Therefore,the logic of socialist core values and the logic of Chinese national quality have unity.
