摘  要:运用数值模拟和实验测试相结合的方法,对TM80气体涡轮流量计进行了结构改进和性能优化研究。基于内部流体的压力场和速度场特征分析,得出了影响流量计性能的主要结构为表芯支座和后导流体,主要因素为表芯支座侧面的压力梯度骤降和后导流体下游的尾流耗散。通过对表芯支座和后导流体进行结构优化,流量计的计量性能得到了明显的提升。研究表明:结构优化后流量计的压力损失在最大流量下减小了约42.61%,最大示值误差降低了22.45%左右,仪表系数也更加趋于恒定。研究结论有助于为今后开发性能更好的气体涡轮流量计提供理论指导和技术支持。Numerical simulations and experiments are used to research the structure improvement and performance optimization of the TM80 gas turbine flowmeter.Based on the characteristics analysis of the pressure field and velocity field,it is found that the main structures affecting the performance of the flow meter are the meter core abutment and the rear deflector,and the main factors are the plummet of the pressure gradient of the side face of the meter core abutment and the wake dissipation of the rear deflector,suggesting that optimizing the structure of the meter core abutment and the rear deflector will improve the metering performance of the flowmeter.The optimization result shows that the pressure loss is reduced by 42.63%under the maximum flow rate,the maximum indication error is reduced by 22.45%,and the instrument coefficient is more stable.This provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the development of gas turbine flowmeters in the future.
