摘  要:选用不同表面活性剂进行水油界面张力性能评价,分析溶液浓度对乳化功能强弱的影响,探究活性剂分子结构基链长度与乳状液稳定关系,通过调节活性剂溶液中的盐浓度含量,与醇类添加剂产生乳化反应,监测计算表面活性剂溶液的析水率与乳化粒径分布。实验结果表明,注入质量分数为0.3%的SHY-1表面活性剂溶液的乳化作用更好,乳状液状态更加稳定,具有较高的驱油效率,原油采收率提高到92.5%。Evaluate the interfacial tension performance of water oil using different surfactants,analyze the effect of solution concentration on the strength of emulsification function,explore the relationship between the molecular structure chain length of surfactants and the stability of emulsion,adjust the salt concentration content in the surfactant solution,and produce emulsification reaction with alcohol additives.Monitor and calculate the water precipitation rate and emulsification particle size distribution of the surfactant solution.According to the experimental results,injecting a 0.3%mass fraction of SHY-1 surfactant solution has a better emulsification effect,a more stable emulsion state,and a higher oil displacement efficiency,improving the crude oil recovery rate to 92.5%.
