摘  要:对贵州省六盘水市采集到疑似叶枯病的大叶黄杨病叶进行病原菌鉴定,采用孢子稀释法共分离到2类纯化菌株。对2类纯化菌株进行科赫氏验证,确定其为大叶黄杨叶枯病致病菌。通过形态学结合多基因(ITS、β-tubulin、tef-1)分子系统学鉴定,表明2类纯化菌株均为拟盘多毛孢属(Pestalotiopsis),其中菌株LPSU2015001鉴定结果为Pestalotiopsis intermedia,菌株LPSU2015002暂定为Pestalotiopsis sp.,这在大叶黄杨叶枯病防治及植物育种方面具有重要的实践意义,且丰富了真菌资源。The diseased leaves of Euonymus japonicus collected from Liupanshui District,Guizhou Province were collected,and in order to identify the species,2 purified class were obtained by spore dilution method.2 representative strains were selected for pathogenicity test and identified as pathogenic fungi of leaf blight on Euonymus japonicus by Koch's law.Based on the morphological characters and polygene molecular systematics(ITS、β-tubulin、tef-1),three strains belong to Pestalotiopsis.Strain LPSU2015001represent Pestalotiopsis intermedia,Strain LPSU2015002 was identified as Pestalotiopsis sp..The outcome will have important practical implications for prevent the pathogenic fungi of leaf blight and enrich the fungal resource.
