摘　　要：研究了全国房地产市场的基本情况和走势,结合工作实际,提出了对当前或未来5年内武汉市房地产形势的思考,通过完善“一张图”系统平台建设,打通上中下游工作审批和数据填报工作,运用大数据分析为土地管理部门提供一个现势性强、功能丰富的辅助决策信息管理平台,实现了对土地资源和房地产市场的科学、高效和精细化管理。同时,就当前提升武汉市商业用地灵活供应模式提出了可操作性的建议。This paper has studied the basic situation and trend of the national real estate market,elaborated on the thinking of the real estate situation in Wuhan at present or within five years,through improving the construction of the“one-map”system platform,getting through the upstream,middle and downstream work approval and data filling work,and using big data analysis to provide land management department with a powerful and functional auxiliary decision-making information management platform,which achieved scientific and efficient management of land resources and real estate market.At the same time,operational suggestions are put forward to improve the current flexible supply mode of commercial land in Wuhan.
