摘  要:随着智慧城市时空大数据平台项目在全国范围内的逐步推进,时空数据类型丰富、数据量大、技术难度不一、覆盖区域广等多样化特征给项目管理带来新挑战,如何高效监督管理时空大数据的生产成为项目建设过程中的一项重要课题。本文以智慧常德时空大数据平台项目的成功案例,结合历年监理经验,紧扣“三控制两管理一协调”内容,总结归纳时空大数据生产中测绘监理经验,以期为大数据时代大型项目监理提供参考。With the gradual promotion of the spatio-temporal big data platform project of smart city across the country,the diverse characteristics of spatio-temporal data,such as abundant categories,large amount of data,different technical difficulties,and wide coverage area,have brought new challenges to project management.How to efficiently supervise and manage the production of spatio-temporal big data has become an important topic in the project construction process.Based on the successful case of Smart Changde Spatio-temporal Big Data Platform Project,combined with the supervision experience over the years,this paper closely focused on the content of“three controls,two management and one coordination”to summarize the surveying and mapping supervision experience in the production of spatio-temporal big data,in order to provide a reference for the supervision of large-scale projects in the era of big data.
