摘  要:在中国城市化进程快速发展过程中,随着管线服役年限的不断增长,地下管线为城市管理进程带来的问题也日渐突出,国内一些城市的地下管线因管理不善导致的停水、断电、通讯中断等问题频繁发生,影响了社会群众的生命财产安全和城市运行秩序。本文通过对于近年来中国地下管线泄漏、爆炸、内涝、道路塌陷等重大事件的灾害表现及其特征,分析了上述地下管线灾害事故各自的成因、特点和危害现状。在此基础上提出信息化对策与建议,为避免地下管线灾害发生提供决策支持。In the rapid development of China’s urbanization process,with the continuous growth of the service life of the pipeline,the problems brought by the underground pipeline to the urban management process have become increasingly prominent.The problems of water supply,power supply and communication interruption caused by the poor management of the underground pipeline in some cities in China have occurred from time to time,affecting the safety of life and property of the public and the urban operation order.This paper analyzes the causes,characteristics and hazard status of the above-mentioned underground pipeline disasters and accidents through sorting out the disaster performance of major events such as leakage,explosion,waterlogging,road collapse,etc.in recent years in China.On this basis,informatization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide decision support for avoiding the occurrence of underground pipeline disasters.
