摘 要:针对某工程多节预制管桩试桩抗压静载试验结果未达到设计预估值问题。从地质、设计、施工、检测方法等全方位进行了分析。首先预制管桩桩身完整性采用低应变反射波法检测具有局限性,采用联合孔内摄像技术进行综合判别,并补充了孔内摄像技术判定预制管桩完整性类别的依据;其次从勘察、设计、施工等方面提出了相应的建议与解决措施。对今后类似工程具有一定的指导和借鉴作用,有利于预制管桩施工管理和质量控制。An analysis was conducted from various perspectives such as geology,design,construction,and testing methods to address the issue of the compressive static load test results of multi-section precast tubular piles in a certain project not reaching the design estimates.Firstly,the low-strain reflection wave method used to detect the integrity of the precast tubular pile has limitations,and a comprehensive judgment was made using the combined video monitor through the hole technology,supplemented by the basis for determining the integrity category of precast tubular piles using video monitor through the hole technology.Secondly,suggestions and solutions were proposed from the aspects of survey,design,and construction.This provides guidance and reference for similar projects in the future and is beneficial for precast tubular pile construction management and quality control.
