摘  要:本项目展示馆山体岩质属于强风化、中风化,岩层表层比较疏松,毛细孔及裂隙较多,岩体表面易风化。裸露见光后,水分快速流失,加上呼吸作用,空气中的二氧化碳和二氧化硫等酸性气体对岩层加快腐蚀。水分流失后,会产生岩石体积收缩的表面皱缩力,让强度本身较低的表面松脱成颗粒状。根据展示馆概念设计要求,室内、室外展示区边坡要尽量保持岩体天然结构面的原则,直接削坡经处理后保持原态。而类似可参考的项目国内几乎没有可以直接借鉴的案例,相关的设计参数及施工工艺均需自研试验摸索,展示面不仅要防风化还要防水,跟摩崖石刻防风化及修复有异曲同工。本文对设计与施工过程进行工程经验总结,为今后类似工程建设提供参考。The rock mass of the exhibition hall in this project is strongly and moderately weathered.The surface layer of the rock mass is relatively loose,with many pores and cracks,and the surface of the rock mass is easily weathered.After exposure to light,the water quickly loses.In addition to respiration,acid gases such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in the air accelerate the corrosion of the rock stratum.After water loss,the surface shrinkage force of rock volume shrinkage will be generated,and the surface with low strength will be loose and granular.According to the requirements of the conceptual design of the exhibition hall,the slopes of the indoor and outdoor exhibition areas should keep the natural structural plane of the rock mass as far as possible,and the slope should be directly cut to keep the original state after treatment.There are almost no cases that can be directly used for reference in similar projects in China.The relevant design parameters and construction technology need to be researched and tested by ourselves.The display surface should not only be weatherproof but also waterproof,which is similar to the anti-weathering and restoration of cliff stone carvings.This paper summarizes the engineering experience of the design and construction process,and provides reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
