摘 要:中海油田服务股份有限公司自主研发的“璇玑”系统旋转导向Welleader是典型的推靠式旋转导向,其依靠翼肋推靠井壁,通过控制翼肋推力的合力实时进行导向作业。然而,在实际作业中存在液压推力单元故障的风险。文章分析和探索Welleader单个液压推力单元失效后继续钻进的可能性和可行性,并给出相关建议。通过分析实际作业案例发现,尽管Welleader在单个液压推力单元失效后导向能力降低,但仍具备导向钻进能力。在适当的控制和干预措施下,可以尝试继续钻进或完成作业。研究对典型的推靠式旋转导向Welleader、AutoTrak钻进具有重要的借鉴价值。The Xuanji system rotary guidance Welleader independently developed by China Oilfield Services Co.,Ltd.is a typical push type rotary guidance that relies on wing ribs to push against the wellbore wall,and real-time guidance operations are carried out by controlling the combined force of wing rib thrust.However,in the actual operation,there is a risk of failure of a single hydraulic thrust unit.This paper analyzes and explores the possibility and feasibility of Welleader for continuing to drill after a single hydraulic thrust unit fails to work downhole,and gives relevant suggestions.It was found that Welleader still had a certain steering capability through analysis of practical work cases although the steering capability was reduced after the failure of a single hydraulic thrust unit.With appropriate controls and interventions,attempts can be made to continue drilling or complete the job.This study has important reference value for typical push-the-bit type rotary steering system such as Welleader and AutoTrak.
