摘 要:针对高浓度、大粒度石英砂矿物浮选过程中床层密度分布不均、金属槽体二次污染导致回收率低、精矿质量差的技术难题,创新设计了涡流自循环非金属浮选机构,为高纯石英浮选提供了技术支撑。通过控制叶轮、定子与循环筒间的尺寸参数,实现气-液-固三相流体在浮选槽内的涡流自循环,提高精矿回收效率。采用非金属材料替代金属材料,优化设计浮选槽结构,避免了金属材料二次污染矿浆,提升了精矿质量。Aiming at the technical problems of uneven bed density distribution,low recovery rate and poor concentrate quality caused by secondary pollution of metal tank in the flotation process of high concentration and large particle size quartz sand minerals,an innovative eddy current self-circulation non-metallic flotation mechanism was designed,provide technical support for high purity quartz flotation.By controlling the size parameters between impeller,stator and circulating cylinder,the eddy current self-circulation of gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluid in the flotation cell was realized.Improve concentrate recovery efficiency;Non-metal materials were used to replace metal materials,and flotation cell structure was optimized to avoid secondary pollution of pulp by metal materials and improve concentrate quality.
