摘 要:在边防巡逻中,边防巡逻车存在动力不足、通信和侦察设备需升级、信息的输入和输出体系不匹配等缺陷。基于北汽BJ1161VJPJG车型对边防巡逻车车身结构进行设计,介绍边防巡逻车的总体布置、车身的制造工艺与材料,并利用边防巡逻车的参数计算其动力性、稳定性及通过性,同时进行人机工程校核,有效提升边防巡逻车的耐久性与便利性。Border security is of great significance for maintaining national sovereignty and territorial integrity.In the process of patrolling border defense,border patrol vehicles have revealed defects such as insufficient power,the need to upgrade communication and reconnaissance equipment,and mismatched input and output systems of information.This project is based on the BJ1161VJPJG model of Beiqi to design the body structure of the border patrol vehicle.The overall layout,manufacturing process,and materials of the body are introduced.The power,stability,and pass ability of the border patrol vehicle are calculated through its parameters,and ergonomic verification is conducted to effectively improve the durability and convenience of the border patrol vehicle.
