摘  要:分流式液力机械变速传动系统通过在回流分系统中反向放置液力变矩器,达到降低系统功率损失的目的。以某型号的轮式装载机为原型,搭载设计参数,更改原来车辆传动系统的参数,优化离合器的自身结构,保证车辆的动力性。结合整车参数,通过建立完整的系统仿真模型,模拟不同工况下系统的车速、速比及效率的变化情况和变化规律,同时分析该分流式液力机械变速传动系统的油耗,仿真最优构造下系统的节油机理。The working principle of the shunt hydraulic mechanical variable speed transmission system is to reduce the power loss of the system by placing the torque converter in the reverse flow subsystem.This paper takes a certain type of wheel loader as the prototype,carries the design parameters,changes the parameters of the original vehicle transmission system,optimizes the structure of the clutch itself,and ensures the power of the vehicle.Combined with vehicle parameters,a complete system simulation model is established to simulate the changes and rules of the system’s speed,speed ratio and efficiency under different working conditions.At the same time,the fuel consumption of the shunt hydraulic mechanical transmission system is analyzed,and the fuel saving mechanism of the system under the optimal structure is simulated.
