摘 要:为了缩短航空发动机测试受感部的设计周期,提出了参数化设计方法。基于结构尺寸参数化,采用NX表达式建模方式,构建不同结构特征的受感部参数化模型,并在Teamcenter中建立受感部参数化模型库。采用C#语言对NX进行二次开发,构建模型检索和重用、数值仿真、仿真报告生成等功能集成模块,最终建立了受感部参数化设计系统,提高了受感部的设计效率。In order to reduce the design period of aero engine test sensing part,a parametric design method is proposed.Based on the structure size parameterization and the NX expression modeling method,the sensor part parameterization models of different structure characteristics were constructed,and the sensor part parameterization model library was established in Teamcenter.NX was developed by C#,and integrated modules such as model retrieval and reuse,numerical simulation and simulation report generation were constructed.Finally,the parametric design system of the sensing part was established,which improved the design efficiency of the sensing part.
