摘 要:细长轴作为航空发动机中的重要零部件,由于自身特征和传动特性,加工中极易产生变形,致使加工效率低,无法保障加工尺寸精度。为了满足国防工业对航空发动机关键零部件的高精度要求,拟用数学建模、切削原理及有限元分析思想,探究细长轴车削加工动态变形。文章研究细长轴力学模型,分析细长轴车削加工的静态特性和动态特性,得出细长轴长径比对细长轴加工过程的变形影响和细长轴加工中跟刀架使用对其变形的影响。As one of the important components in aviation engines,the slender shaft is prone to deformation during processing due to its own characteristics and transmission characteristics,resulting in low processing efficiency and insufficient guarantee of machining dimensional accuracy.In order to meet the high-precision requirements of the national defense industry for key components of aviation engines,the article intends to explore the dynamic deformation of slender shaft turning using mathematical modeling,cutting principles,and finite element analysis ideas.The article studies the mechanical model of slender shafts,analyzes the static and dynamic characteristics of slender shaft turning,and obtains the influence of the length to diameter ratio of slender shafts on deformation during the machining process,as well as the influence of the use of tool holders on deformation during slender shaft machining.
