摘  要:颗粒捕集器是轻型国六柴油车后处理系统的重要零件,每当被发动机排出的碳烟充满后都需要经过再生才能恢复正常,否则会出现排气背压增大、油耗高、发动机无力甚至无法启动的情况。但是,频繁再生又会带来油耗增加、机油稀释问题。本文基于颗粒捕集器的再生原理,分析了颗粒捕集器频繁再生的可能原因,并给出相应的处理办法,对汽车工程技术人员以及相关维修人员具有很大的借鉴意义。As an important part of the after-treatment system of light diesel vehicles,particle catcher needs to be regenerated to return to normal whenever the carbon smoke discharged by the engine is full,otherwise the exhaust back pressure will increase,fuel consumption will be high,and the engine will be weak or even unable to start.However,frequent regeneration will bring relatively high fuel consumption penalties and oil dilution problems.Based on the regeneration principle of the particle catcher,this paper analyzes the possible causes of frequent regeneration of the particle catcher,and gives the corresponding treatment methods,which has great reference significance for automotive engineers and technicians and related maintenance personnel.
