摘 要:针对火炬头焊接质量问题,从微观角度出发,提出了一系列提升策略,包括热后处理与预热、调整预热与焊接顺序、预热和后热处理、焊接温度控制等。通过减少应力集中、裂纹产生等不良影响,有效提高了焊接接头的稳定性与可靠性,同时需要根据实际情况评估不同策略的适用性。未来应进一步完善相关策略,以满足日益严苛的焊接要求,推动焊接技术持续发展。This article proposes a series of improvement strategies from a micro perspective to address the quality issues of torch head welding,including post heat treatment and preheating,adjusting preheating and welding sequence,preheating and post heat treatment,and welding temperature control.By reducing adverse effects such as stress concentration and crack generation,these strategies effectively improve the stability and reliability of welded joints.However,it is also necessary to evaluate the applicability of different strategies based on actual situations.In the future,relevant strategies should be further improved to meet increasingly stringent welding requirements and promote the sustainable development of welding technology.
