摘 要:电缆中间接头的绝缘结构较为复杂,其安装工艺和运行环境会在很大程度上影响电缆的运行状态。以某风电场35 kV电缆中间接头接地故障为研究对象,对故障中间接头进行解剖检查,并提出具体的防范措施。根据解剖结果,推测故障原因为安装工艺较差和制作工艺较差。安装工艺较差会造成电场畸变,进而引起局部放电。水分侵入会导致绝缘受潮并产生水树,水树不断发展会产生电树枝,造成绝缘击穿。Because the insulation structure of the cable intermediate joint is more complex,its installation process and operating environment will affect the running state of the cable to a large extent.In this paper,the earth fault of 35 kV cable intermediate joint of a wind farm is studied,the fault intermediate joint is dissected and inspected,and the concrete preventive measures are put forward.According to the anatomical results,it is speculated that the cause of the failure is poor installation technology and poor manufacturing technology.The poor installation process will cause electric field distortion and partial discharge.Moisture intrusion can cause insulation to become damp and create water trees,which can create electrical branches and cause insulation breakdown as water trees grow.
