摘  要:该文提出一种单相单级式非隔离型逆变器,主要通过对Sepic电路进行对称设计后再与H桥电路级联,其不但可抑制漏电流,且可实现升降压逆变。该逆变器的电感、电容参数均较小,拓扑中非电解电容,且其调制方式简单易实现,适用于中小功率的光伏逆变系统。该文首先介绍新型逆变器的拓扑结构和工作原理,其中详细分析系统共模回路抑制漏电流的原理;其次,根据中间电感电流流动方式不同,采用不同调制方法,通过公式对其升降压能力进行分析,并对拓扑中电感、电容参数进行设计;最后,完成仿真和实验验证,其结果与理论分析一致。In this paper,a single-phase single-stage non-isolated inverter is proposed.The inverter is designed by the Sepic circuit symmetrically and cascaded with the H-bridge circuit,which can not only suppress the leakage current but also realize the Buck-Boost inverter.The inductance and capacitance parameters are small with non-electrolytic capacitors in the topology.Besides,its modulation method is simple and easy to implement,which is suitable for small and medium power PV inverter systems.Firstly,this paper introduces the topology and working principle of the new inverter,in which the principle of suppressing the leakage current in the common mode loop of the system is analyzed in detail.Secondly,according to the different flow modes of intermediate inductor current,different modulation methods are adopted.The Buck-Boost capability is analyzed by formula,and the inductance and capacitance parameters in the topology are designed.Finally,the simulation and experimental verification are completed.The results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
