摘　　要：目的分析儿童急性呼吸道感染常见病毒的分布及其流行病学特征。方法7248例急性呼吸道感染患儿统计其呼吸道病毒检出情况,统计不同年龄段、性别、临床诊断及季节患儿呼吸道病毒检出情况。结果7248例急性呼吸道感染患儿中共检出呼吸道病毒感染2015例,检出率为27.80%,其中单一呼吸道病毒感染1977例,检出率27.28%,混合呼吸道病毒感染38例,检出率0.52%。不同年龄段急性呼吸道感染患儿呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)、人类偏肺病毒(human metapneumovirus,hMPV)、副流感病毒(parainfluenza virus,PIV)、乙型流感病毒(influenza B virus,FluB)、腺病毒(adenovirus,ADV)、博卡病毒(human bocavirus,hBoV)、甲型流感病毒(influenza A virus,FluA)检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。下呼吸道感染hBoV、FluA、ADV检出率高于上呼吸道感染(P<0.05)。RSV、PIV、hBoV、hMPV、FluA、FluB、ADV混合感染检出率不同季节存在差异(P<0.05)。结论急性呼吸道感染患儿主要呼吸道病毒检出种类为RSV、PIV、hBoV、hMPV、FluA、FluB、ADV,不同年龄段、临床诊断、季节患儿呼吸道病毒种类分布存在差异。Objective To analyze the distribution and epidemiological characteristics of common viruses in children with acute respiratory infection.Methods The data of respiratory virus detection in 7248 children with acute respiratory infections were used for statistically analyses of the respiratory virus detection according to their age,genders,clinical diagnoses,and seasons.Results A total of 2015 cases of respiratory virus infection were detected in 7248 children with acute respiratory infection and the detection rate was 27.80%.There were 1977 cases of single virus infection with a detection rate of 27.28%,and 38 cases of mixed viral infections with a detection rate of 0.52%.The differences in the detection rates of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),human metapneumovirus(hMPV),parainfluenza virus(PIV),influenza B virus(FluB),adenovirus(ADV),human bocavirus(hBoV)and influenza A virus(FluA)in different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of hBoV,FluA and ADV in lower respiratory tract infections were higher than those in upper respiratory tract infections(P<0.05).The detection rates of mixed infection with RSV,PIV,hBoV,hMPV,FluA,FluB and ADV was different in different seasons(P<0.05).Conclusions The main respiratory virus detected in children with acute respiratory tract infection were RSV,PIV,hBoV,hMPV,FluA,FluB and ADV.The differences in the distribution of respiratory viruses in children of different age,clinical diagnosis and seasons existed.
