后奥运时期延庆区水资源现状评价与展望

摘　　要：延庆区作为首都生态涵养区,是2022年冬季奥运会的主办地之一,后奥运时期,全区大部分河流难以保障生态水流,水生态环境有待整治提升。通过分析延庆区的水资源现状及存在的问题,提出区域水资源调配优化措施及方案,通过区域水资源联合调配,白河堡水库可向区域内水系调水,以恢复妫水河南部和北部的水系联通,保证延庆区河道的生态基流和生态景观,为发挥延庆生态优势作出贡献;同时,可实现白河堡水库、密云水库、官厅水库、十三陵水库的水系连通,形成跨流域连通的水网,减轻官厅水库对外地调水的依赖性。本研究可为区域水资源规划利用及水环境有效治理提供参考。As the capital ecological conservation area,Yanqing District is one of the hosts of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games.In the post-Olympic period,most rivers across the region are difficult to guarantee ecological water flow,and the water ecological environment is yet to be improved.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of water resources in Yanqing District,the optimization measures and solutions for the allocation of regional water resources are proposed.Through the joint regional water resources dispatching,Baihepu Reservoir can transfer water to the regional water system,so as to restore the water system connectivity between the south region and north region of Guishui River,ensure the ecological base flow and ecological landscape of the rivers in Yanqing District,and contribute to the ecological advantages of Yanqing District.At the same time,it can realize the water system connectivity of the Baihepu Reservoir,Miyun Reservoir,Guanting Reservoir and Ming Tombs Reservoir,form a cross-basin water network and reduce the dependence of the Guanting Reservoir on external water transfer.The findings can provide a reference for the planning and utilization of regional water resources and the effective management of the water environment.
