北京市河湖健康监督评价体系探究

摘　　要：介绍了北京市潮白河、蓟运河(泃河)基本情况和河湖健康评价标准,以雁栖河、东沟的健康评价为例,阐述了建立河湖健康监督评价“红黄绿”底色、以“一河一档”的形式对河流现状进行健康评价的工作成效,探讨了当前评价工作中存在的问题,对下一步继续做好评价工作提出改善建议。The basic situation of Chaobai River and Jiyun River(Ju River)in Beijing and the health evaluation standards of rivers and lakes was introduced.Taking the health evaluation of Yanqi River and Donggou River as an example,this paper expounded the effectiveness of establishing the′red,yellow and green′background color of river and lake health supervision and evaluation,and evaluating the health status of rivers in the form of′one river,one file′were expounded..And the problems existing in the current work,and put forward some suggestions for improving the evaluation work in the next step were investigated.
