摘　　要：海河防潮闸除险加固工程是国家150项重点工程之一。主要介绍了项目建设背景、主要内容和工程建设进展,分析了海河防潮闸除险加固工程自开工以来建设中遇到的诸多问题,主要包括干扰因素大、设计优化多、执法重叠、文物修缮难度大等,通过合理确定建管模式、加强建设管理、强化投资计划管理、发挥设计优势、发挥各级职能部门作用等方式,破解施工建设中的难点,推进工程顺利实施。总结归纳其成功建设管理经验,对今后水利工程的建设提供参考。Haihe tide gate reinforcement project is one of the 150 key projects in China.This paper mainly introduces the project construction background,main contents and progress,and analyzes many problems encountered in the construction of Haihe tide gate reinforcement projectt since its commencement,including large interference factors,many design optimizations,overlapping law enforcement,and difficulty in cultural relics restoration.By reasonably determining the construction and management mode,strengthening the construction management,strengthening the investment plan management,giving play to the advantages of design,and giving full play to the role of functional departments at all levels,the difficulties in construction are solved and the smooth implementation of the project is promoted.The successful construction management experience is summarized to provide reference for the future construction of water conservancy projects.
