摘　　要：儿童和青少年柔韧性平足(flexible flatfoot,FFF)是儿童骨科及足踝外科门诊常见的就诊原因,家长往往比较焦虑,担心足的形态及日后的演变。每一位儿童骨科及足踝外科医师对此问题理解不尽相同,处理方式各异,究其原因主要是很多认识不统一,缺乏循证依据。笔者就儿童FFF相关问题的认识做一小结,力争为FFF的临床诊疗提供参考。Although frequently encountered in foot clinics,flexible flat feet bear many controversies concerning its definition,pathological mechanism,diagnosis and management.In flexible flat feet the medial arch collapses and the medial column looks longer than the lateral column during weight-bearing.The incidence of flexible flat feet decreases with age,and most of the cases remain asymptomatic.Popular conservative treatments with orthoses or insoles may be unnecessary and only for symptomatic cases.Physical therapy may be of some help and usually be neglected by the surgeons,but its long-term effect has not been fully evaluated.Only a small part of flexible flat feet finally require surgical intervention.
