摘 要:本文以某石油化工园区废水为研究对象,对比采用传统活性污泥法与添加粉末活性炭(PAC)的活性污泥法的处理效果。结果表明,PAC-AS工艺显著提升了污泥的沉降性能,有机物去除、脱氮除磷效果显著,CODCr和TOC去除率分别是传统活性污泥法的4倍和2倍,TN和NH3-N的去除率是传统活性污泥法的3倍和2倍,TP去除率达到62%。微生物形貌变化和综合热分析结果表明,投加PAC在一定程度上促进了活性污泥增殖。This study focuses the treatment of wastewater from a petrochemical industrial park,comparing the treatment effect of traditional activated sludge process and the activated sludge process with powdered activated carbon(PAC).The results showed that the PAC-AS process significantly improved the setting performance of the sludge.The removal of organic matter,denitrification and phosphorus were remarkable.The removal of COD_(Cr) and TOC reached 4 times and 2 times that of the traditional activated sludge process,respectively,while the removal of TN and NH_(3)-N reached 3 times and 2 times,respectively,while the TP removal rate reached 62%.The results of changes in microbial morphology and comprehensive thermal analysis proved that the addition of PAC promotes the proliferation of activated sludge to some extent.
