摘  要:本文将低温干化板框压滤脱水技术应用于某自来水厂排泥水处理系统中,对运行数据进行分析,日均供水量为35×10^(4)m^(3)/d,生产过程中产生排泥水约2 000 m^(3)/d,原泥水含水率约99.4%,干化后污泥含水率为43%,出泥量约为10 t/d,排泥水处理系统运行成本为264元/tDS。研究表明低温干化板框压滤脱水技术在自来水厂排泥水处理系统中具备一定的实际应用价值。This article applied the low-temperature drying plate and frame pressure filtration dehydration technology to the sludge water treatment system of a certain water plant,and analyzed the operating data.The daily average water supply was 35×10^(4) m^(3)/d,approximately 2000 m^(3)/d of sludge water was generated during the production process.The original sludge water had a moisture content of about 99.4%,and the dried sludge had a moisture content of 43%,the sludge output is about 10 t/d.The operating cost of the sludge water treatment system was 264 yuan/tDS.This research had shown that the low-temperature drying plate and frame pressure filtration dehydration technology had certain practical application value in the sludge water treatment system of waterworks.
