摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件中民警较平时表现出更为明显的心理应激反应。基于心理应激理论,对新冠疫情防控一线民警的深度访谈实录进行质性文本分析,可探索其躯体、认知、情绪与行为四方面的应激反应。应激反应成因包括工作压力持续增加、应对方式普遍失效、社会干预明显滞后与家庭支持相对缺乏。在“预防—预警—干预”工作框架下,整合社会、家庭、个人资源系统提出干预对策,能为突发公共卫生事件中民警心理应激反应干预提供参考依据。Under the public health emergency,the police officers show more obvious psychological stress reaction than usual.Based on the theory of psychological stress,this paper conducts a qualitative text analysis of the depth interview records of the first-line police officers for the prevention and control of COVID-19 to explore their stress performance in terms of body,cognition,emotion and behavior.The causes include the continuous increase of work pressure,the general failure of coping strategies,the obvious lag of social intervention and the relative lack of family support.Under the framework of“prevention,early warning and intervention”,it proposes some intervention countermeasures on the basis of integrating the society,family and individual resource systemsso as to provide reference for the intervention of police officers’psychological stress response under public health emergencies.
