基于智能云网的警务模式研究

摘　　要：智能云网可实现数据和算力泛在联接、高度共享和智能调度,构建全息智能物联感知网,将多要素聚合云上灵活编排和调度,提供云—端之间的零丢包、超带宽、低时延实时交互。公安机关应准确把握智能云网特点,以实战需求为导向,创新警务模式,全力推进警务工作数智化转型:构建云上警务室,打造掌上警务新模式;构建云+智能移动警务终端,打造移动警务新模式;打造云实时支撑合成作战警务新模式;打造非人工、无接触警务新模式;打造无盲区布控、零感知管控警务新模式;打造远程“云执法”警务新模式。Intelligent cloud-network can enable the ubiquitous connectivity,high sharing and intelligent scheduling of data and computing power,build a holographic intelligent perception network of the IoT to aggregate multiple factors on the cloud for flexible arrangement and scheduling,and provide zero packet loss,ultra-bandwidth,lowlatencyreal-time interaction between the cloud and the end devices.Public security organs should accurately grasp the characteristics of the intelligent cloud-network,innovate the policing model under the guidance the actual needs,and fully promote the digital and intelligent transformation of policing work,so as to create a new policing model with police offices built on the cloud and mobile policing terminal senabled by the cloud,support joint operations by the cloud in real time,and realize non-manual and non-contact policing,no-blind area control,zero perception,and remote cloud law enforcement.
