摘 要:量子结构材料与技术在前沿科学领域的应用日益广泛,量子化能级的探测与调控具有重要的教学与科研意义.本文设计搭建基于表面光电压效应的量子化能级测量装置,控制步进电机带动闪耀光栅旋转,将氙灯的复色光分解为单色光,并照射到InGaN/GaN量子阱上,采集光电压信号得到其表面光电压扫描谱线,并结合光学偏振片、磁铁与控温装置等实现量子能级、自旋能级的探测以及能级的温度调控.The application of quantum structural materials and technology in frontier science is increasingly extensive.The detection and control of quantized energy levels is of great significance in teaching and scientific research.Here,a quantized energy level measuring device based on surface photovoltage spectrum scanning was designed and built.A stepping motor was programmed to drive the blazed grating to rotate and decompose the xenon lamp from polychromatic into monochromatic light.The monochromatic light irradiated onto InGaN/GaN quantum well to generate the surface photovoltage signal which was collected by scanning the wavelength of the incident light.Further combining with optical polarizers,magnet and temperature controller,the quantum energy level and spin energy level were both detected,and the thermal regulation was also realized.
