摘 要:依据磁光克尔效应原理,通过精确计算光路成像,设计并搭建了小型磁光克尔显微镜Triple-M.该设备采用T型光路和笼式结构,对物镜、光源、相机和偏振元件等器件进行封装.利用该显微镜可观察微观磁信息,研究磁畴结构、磁畴演化过程等.该设备体积小、成本低,适用于科学研究、大学实验演示以及磁性材料微观结构的科普等领域.Based on the magneto-optical Kerr effect principle of optical rotation in magnetic field,a magneto-optical Kerr microscope was designed and fabricated by accurate calculation of optical path imaging.The objective lenses,light sources,cameras and polarization elements were packaged by adopting the T-shaped optical path and the cage construction.It was a non-contact microscope for observing the magnetic microscopic information,which could study the magnetic domain structure and evolution of magnetization dormain.The Kerr microscope had the advantages of significantly smaller size and lower cost compared to the commercial scientific equipment.This miniaturized Kerr microscope showed great potential for scientific research,university experiment demonstration and popular science of magnetic material microstructure.
