摘　　要：新民主主义革命时期党的工资政策随着革命斗争形势的变化而逐步演进,服务于不同阶段的革命斗争任务,对革命根据地和解放区的经济发展起到了积极的作用。作为中国共产党经济管理工作的早期实践,这一时期的工资政策研究价值丰富,其基本内容的研究和历史经验的总结,对当代的收入分配改革具有重要的启示作用。During the new-democratic revolution,the Party’s wage policy gradually evolved with the change of revolutionary struggle situation,which served the revolutionary struggle tasks at different stages and played a positive role in the economic development of revolutionary base areas and liberated areas.As the early practice of economic management in the Communist Party of China,the research on wage policy in this period is rich in value,and the research on its basic content and the summary of historical experience have important enlightenment for the contemporary reformof income distribution.
