摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加生物发酵饲料对西门塔尔杂代肉牛育肥效果的影响。选择体重470 kg左右的健康西门塔尔杂交肉牛10头,随机分为2组,每组5头,每个重复1头牛。两组牛饲喂相同的粗饲料,对照组牛饲喂基础TMR日粮,试验组采用生物发酵饲料替代TMR日粮中浓缩料。试验期共160 d,预试期20 d,正式试验期140 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验开始时,试验组育肥牛体重差异不显著(P>0.05);试验结束时,试验组育肥牛体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量分别提高了9.06%、19.15%、5.62%(P<0.05),料重比降低了11.68%(P<0.05)。试验组每千克增重成本比对照组降低了16.68%,日均收益比对照组提高了19.14%,节本增效效果较明显。研究表明,日粮中添加生物发酵饲料多酶肽,可提高西杂育肥牛采食量和饲料转化效率,显著提高肉牛日增重及日增重效益,降低饲养成本。The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of adding bio-fermented feed to the diet on the fattening effect of Simmental hybrid beef cattle.Ten healthy Simmental hybrid beef cattle weighing about 470 kg were randomly divided into two groups with five cows per group and one cow per replicate.Cattle in the two groups were fed the same roughage.The cattles in control group was fed basic TMR diet,and the experimental group was fed bio-fermented feed instead of concentrate in TMR diet.The experiment lasted for 160 d,the pre-test period was 20 d,and the formal test period was 140 d.The results showed that compared with control group,there was no significant difference in body weight of fattening cattle in experimental group at the beginning of the experiment(P>0.05).At the end of the experiment,the body weight,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of fattening cattle in experimental groups were increased by 9.06%,19.15%and 5.62%(P<0.05),respectively,and the feed to gain ratio was decreased by 11.68%(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the cost per kilogram of weight gain in the experimental group was reduced by 16.68%,and the average daily benefit was increased by 19.14%.The study indicates that dietary supplementation of bio-fermented feed polypeptides can improve feed intake and feed conversion efficiency,significantly improve daily gain and daily gain benefit of beef cattle,and reduce feeding cost.
