摘 要:当归作为传统的药食同源的中药材,素有“十方九归”之美誉,具有补血活血、调经止痛、保肝护肝等功效。当归多糖是其最主要的活性成分之一,现代药理研究表明,当归多糖具有抗贫血、保肝护肝、调节糖脂代谢等多种药理活性。本文系统性总结了当归多糖的提取分离、结构解析、药动学和药理作用等方面的研究,旨在为当归多糖的后续深入研究提供科学有效的理论基础与依据。As a traditional Chinese medicinal material and food,Angelica sinensis is known because of its effects like nourishing blood and activating blood,regulating menstruation and relieving pain,and protecting the liver.Angelica sinensis polysaccharide is one of the most important active ingredients,modern pharmacological studies have shown that Angelica sinensis polysaccharide has the improvement of anemia,liver protection,regulation of glycolipid metabolism and other pharmacological activities.This review systematically summarizes the research on the extraction and isolation,structure elucidation,pharmacokinetics and pharmacological effects of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide,aiming to provide a scientific and effective theoretical basis for the subsequent study of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide.
