地胆草全草化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究地胆草(Elephantopus scaber Linn.)全草体积分数95%乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法利用HP-20大孔树脂柱色谱,硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱,ODS柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱及重结晶等方法对地胆草全草体积分数95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质及多种波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果共分离得到21个化合物,分别鉴定为:(2E)-2-甲基-丁-2-烯-1,4-二醇-6'-O-咖啡酰-1-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、鹅掌楸树脂酚A(2)、去氢催吐萝芙叶醇(3)、3β-羟基-β-紫罗酮(4)、异夏佛塔苷(5)、东莨菪素(6)、4-羟基蜂蜜曲菌素(7)、3,5,3',5'-四甲氧基-4-羟基(8-O-肉桂醇)-7-O-葡糖苷(8)、3β-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、myrsinionoside A(10)、正己烷基O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、(Z)-4-[3'-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基氧基)丁烯基]-3,5,5-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮(12)、对香豆酸(13)、阿魏酸(14)、对羟基苯甲醛(15)、香草酸(16)、香草醛(17)、丁香酸(18)、丁香醛(19)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(20)和地芰普内酯(21)。结论化合物1~12为首次从地胆草属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from 95%ethanol extract of the whole herb of Elephantopus scaber.METHODS The isolation of 95%ethanol extract was carried out on columns of HP-20 macroporous resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS,and semi-preparative HPLC as well as recrystallization methods.All compounds were identified based on physicochemical properties and various spectral data.RESULTS A total of 21 compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as(2E)-2-methyl-but-2-ene-1,4-diol-6'-O-caffeoyl-1-O-β-glucopyranoside(1),lirioresinol A(2),dehydrovomifoliol(3),3β-hydroxy-β-ionone(4),isoschaftoside(5),scopoletin(6),4-hydroxymellein(7),3,5,3',5'-tetramethoxy-4-hydroxyl-(8-O-cinnamylalcohol)-7-O-glucoside(8),3β-hydroxy-β-ionone 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),myrsinionoside A(10),n-hexyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),(Z)-4-[3'-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)butylidene]-3,5,5-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one(12),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(13),ferulic acid(14),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(15),vanillin acid(16),vanillin(17),syringic acid(18),syring aldehyde(19),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(20),and loliolide(21),respectively.CONCLUSION Compounds 1-12 are isolated from the genus Elephantopus for the first time.
