摘 要:箱板装配式钢结构是一种直接采用加劲钢板作为承重墙板和楼板的新型结构体系,在其建造过程中会大量使用焊缝对加劲钢板进行连接,由此产生的焊接效应会降低结构的承载力。以箱板装配式钢结构3层空间单元模型为对象,通过有限元建模和焊接模拟,系统地研究了焊接顺序、焊接数量与位置以及焊接错缝尺寸等因素对加劲钢板墙抗剪承载力的影响。结果表明:采用分段退序焊的抗剪承载力较高;焊接位置对抗剪承载力影响较小,焊接数量对抗剪承载力有一定影响;而焊接错缝尺寸对抗剪承载力的影响显著,抗剪承载力随着错缝尺寸的增大而加速下降。基于参数分析结果,得到了不同焊接参数对加劲钢板墙抗剪承载力的影响规律、提出了承载力修正系数;重点考虑错缝尺寸的影响,建立了箱板装配式钢结构中加劲钢板墙的抗剪承载力计算公式,并验证了所提公式的有效性。Box-type prefabricated steel structure is a new structural system which is composed of a stiffened steel plate as loadbearing wall plate and a floor plate. During the construction process, a lot of welding is used to connect the stiffened steel plate wall. The welding quality affects the bearing capacity and the stability of the structure. In this paper, welding simulation is carried out on a three-story space unit model of box-type steel structure. The influence of welding sequence, welding amount and position, and welding staggered joint size on the shear capacity of stiffened steel plate wall are studied. The results show that the structural shear capacity is higher when a piecewise backward sequence welding is used. The welding position has little influence to the bearing capacity, but the welding amount has a great impact on the shear capacity. The sizes of welding staggered joints have a significant effect to the shear capacity, and the bearing capacity rapidly with the increase of staggered peak size. Based on the results of parameter analysis, the influence of different welding parameters to the shear capacity of stiffened steel plate wall is obtained, and the correction coefficient of bearing capacity is proposed. Based on the impact of the staggered joint size, the calculation formula of shear capacity of stiffened steel plate walls in box-type steel structure is established, and the effectiveness of the formula is verified.
