摘  要:蒸压轻质混凝土(ALC)板是一种被广泛应用于装配式建筑围护体系的墙板,为研究外挂ALC墙板-钢框架体系的滞回性能和ALC墙板的抗裂性能,进行了4榀足尺2层框架低周往复加载试验,以墙板-框架连接方式、勾缝做法和饰面做法为试验参数,记录了典型试验现象,获得了滞回曲线、骨架曲线和刚度退化曲线等结果。研究表明:外挂ALC墙板可提高框架体系的初始抗侧刚度和承载力;钩头螺栓试件抗裂性能最佳,内置锚试件抗裂性能次之,滑动螺栓试件抗裂性能最差;在弹性层间位移角达到1/250之前,不同勾缝做法和饰面涂料均可满足抗裂要求,但层间位移角较大时普通砂浆勾缝、抗裂嵌缝膏勾缝和单组份密封胶的抗裂性能要优于弹性腻子勾缝和双组份密封胶的抗裂性能,饰面弹性涂料的抗裂性能优于普通涂料的抗裂性能。Autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC) panel is a wallboard that has been used widely in the enclosure system of prefabricated steel structure buildings. In order to study the hysteretic performance of external ALC panel-steel frame system and the crack resistance of ALC panel, four full-scale two-story frame specimens were tested under low cyclic loading. The connection between wallboard and frame, the joint and finishing method were selected as test parameters. The key test phenomena were recorded, and the hysteretic curves, skeleton curves and stiffness degradation curves were obtained. The research shows that the initial lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of the frame system can be improved by external ALC wallboard. The crack resistance of the hook bolt specimen is the best, and the built-in anchor specimen has a better crack resistance than the sliding bolt specimen. Before reaching the elastic inter-story drift of 1/250, all specimens with different jointing and finishing methods can meet the crack resistance requirements. However, when the inter-story drift is large, the crack resistance of the specimen with ordinary mortar jointing, anticracking caulking paste jointing and single component sealant is better than the specimen with elastic putty jointing and two-component sealant. The finishing of elastic coating has a better crack resistance than ordinary coating.
