摘 要:近年来,以国际航空货运为代表的中间权力成为跨国供应链竞争的新战场,中美贸易战和新冠肺炎疫情暴露出我国尚未建立安全可控的国际航空货运体系,进行系统化的国际航空货运能力建设具有重要意义。本文将从跨国供应链权力竞争的视角出发,剖析国际航空货运的中间权力要素构成,并在此基础上评价我国国际航空货运中间权力的现状与短板,最后提出我国国际航空货运能力提升的策略建议。In recent years,the intermediate power represented by international air cargo has become a new battlefield for transnational supply chain competition.The Sino-US trade war and COVID-19 have exposed that China has not yet formed a safe and controllable international air cargo system.It is of great significance to promote China's global air cargo capacity systematically.This paper analyzes the composition of intermediate power elements of international air cargo from the perspective of power competition in cross-border supply chain and evaluates China's current situation and deficiency.And finally strategy recommendations for enhancing international air cargo capacity are put forward.
